At Chocolate Therapy LLC, we strive to prosper humanity, support those in need, and create a space where people with intellectual disabilities–or as I prefer to say, “different abilities,” can discover and develop their God-given gifts through the process of chocolatiering.

The call of Chocolate Therapy started from my heart’s condition of military PTSD. During an appointment to the VA hospital in Dallas, my husband and I were driving home, and the Lord brought us past a chocolate store entitled “Chocolate Secret” and decided to go in. It was there I met Pam, the owner; she was radiant, filled with life and God. We connected instantly. This was the first of our times together. I would come, and we would talk and pray together or sometimes just sit, watching how people would come in one way and leave another. This became my passion and mission: to make chocolate and love people!

God gave me a mission: to go to school and be a certified chocolatier. I trusted his plan and did just that. In finishing, I went back to Chocolate Secrets and worked with Pam. She helped me in my process to fulfill the dream God gave me. Today, Chocolate Therapy LLC is a successful chocolate business. Its bestsellers are our wine dots pairing kit and the Thermomix, which is helpful to those who struggle with self-sufficiency.

10% of the proceeds go to my vision of establishing a community of tiny homes, a place to teach recipes, kitchen prep, and life skills for those with these struggles and challenges.
